According to the Press Center of the Presidential Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, recently, the Ministry of Emergency Situations held a handover ceremony of emergency rescue equipment in Bishkek. Those who attended the ceremony were the President, Cabinet Ministers, the Chairman of the National Security Council and the Minister of Emergency Situations of the country.
At the ceremony sited at the foot of Tianshan Mountain, JAC T6 pickups, painted in red and blue representing the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, were lined up beside the rostrum. This event marked that JAC pickups were officially enlisted in the Ministry of Emergency Situations as reliable partners and strong backings for Kyrgyzstan's emergency teams against the natural disasters, road rescue.
It is reported that the Ministry of Emergency Situations undertakes important roles in tackling emergencies such as fires, floods, droughts, geological disasters, road accidents and construction safety accidents. The T6 pickups that won the bid this time are equipped with JAC 2.0 CTI turbocharged diesel engine, as well as highly intelligent configurations including electronic stability control (ESC) system for vehicle body, traction control system (TCS) and reversing imaging. These ensure the mobility of rescue forces on missions, while providing a more convenient and safer travel experience.
